Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking with Blackbird Safaris. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit of 30–50% is required to confirm any safari.

  • Full payment must be completed at least 14 days before travel, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, card, or approved payment partners.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are in UGX/USD Currency unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change due to park fee adjustments, fuel changes, or supplier rate changes.

  • Price changes after final payment do not affect your confirmed booking.

3. Safaris & Itineraries

  • Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, safety, park regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, as they depend on natural conditions.

4. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for:

  • Valid passport

  • Visa

  • Vaccinations

  • Travel insurance

 

Blackbird Safaris is not liable for losses due to missing travel documents.

​

5. Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel and medical insurance covering:
lost luggage, cancellations, accidents, evacuation, and medical emergencies.

6. Liability

Blackbird Safaris is not liable for:

  • Natural events, weather, strikes, or delays

  • Loss of property

  • Injury or illness

  • Actions of third-party service providers

 

We ensure to work only with licensed, reputable partners.

7. Client Conduct

Clients must follow instructions from guides for safety.
Misconduct endangering staff, wildlife, or property may lead to termination of services without refund.

8. Complaints

Complaints must be reported immediately during the safari for timely resolution.
