Refund & Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations

• More than 30 days before travel: 80% refund

• 15–30 days before travel: 50% refund

• 7–14 days before travel: 25% refund

• Less than 7 days before travel: No refund

Non-refundable items:

• Park permits (e.g., gorilla, chimpanzee)

• Hotel deposits if already paid

• Flight tickets or transfers already issued

Cancellations by Blackbird Safaris

If we must cancel due to extreme circumstances, clients may choose:

• A full refund, or

• Rescheduling at no extra charge

No-shows

Clients who fail to show up without notice receive no refund.
